This year I've decided to join the 100 Book Reading Challenge hosted by Book Chick City.
2010 was a dismal year for myself and my books. For the past few years I've been going through a bit of a reading depression, for some uknown reason. I couldn't seem to finish any book that I started and, believe me, I tried! Then, back in November of last year, I picked up The Forest of Hands and Teeth on my Kindle and I couldn't put it down! I don't know if it was the book or just the time in my life, or a combo of both, but I've been on a huge reading kick ever since! So, thank you Carrie Ryan for renewing my love of reading! : )
Even though 100 books seems like a huge hurdle I have confidence that I can do it....I've been a reader all my life! And I'm excited to get started on the challenge! I've never actually done a book blog before either, although I've thought about it many times, so this is a new beginning for me as well and I'm so excited!
